Why air enters the bag?
On occasion, you will have passed, or you do you will empty into a bag and after a few hours or a few days see as is again filled with air. This may be for several reasons, but two are given in 99% of cases. This is vacuum sealer adviser for this problem (then, you should read the review about top 3 best vacuum sealer for food now)
1 – That bag has a manufacturing defect and between air for some joint or even through it. In the market, there are pockets of all qualities and some are appalling. It is not our case because we have the bags are top quality and therefore the cause (in our bags), but it would be very rare.
2 – That there is a defect in the seal (most likely). There are several reasons to turn for a bag has been improperly sealed. Let’s go from most common to least common:
The sealing bar is dirty, no food scraps or fat and therefore, sealing has not been uniform even be able to see after a few hours can take off that easily sealed if not at all in some areas. You have to clean the seal bar both at the top and bottom with a cloth and a little cleaner.
The sealing bar is clean to the naked eye but in the bag shown as introducing the product to be packaged inside the bag mancho in the seal area. Any small bits of food or fat can leave a bubble seal. The outside air pressure is so strong that it will end in a few hours or days by air entering the bubble. The best remedy, when we go to be packaged sausages, meat or any product that stains is to make a hem on the bag before placing it as we do with the low pants. We take the mouth of the bags, and we turned out so that it is hemmed 5 or 6 centimeters. We put the product inside, we clean hands and rid the hem. We get a perfect seal.
Upon vacuum in a bag containing meat (with some blood), fish, etc. gained some liquid that although it has not left the machine if it has reached the sealing area and has entered air very quickly. When packaging products they release some liquid, after putting the product in the bag put a piece of paper towel so that it is crossed between the product and keep the area where they will do the sealing. When the machine vacuums the air, the liquid will tend to rise to the seal but be permeating the paper towels without sealing. The seal will be perfect and will not enter air inside the bag
The bag can be seen well-sealed areas and others more burned through which entered the air. Probably the Teflon that prevents contact of the electrical resistance with the bag is very worn or damaged. In this case, it must be replaced.
Remember that hygiene will mark the life of your machine. If there are no proper hygiene gums closures will deteriorate very quickly, and the machine will work increasingly worse. If they end up liquid to the vacuum pump (especially if they contain sugars), this is going to deteriorate very fast, and the life of your machine will be very short.
